New Reception September 2024 Intake Forms

A welcome to Raglan letter will be sent to Parents/Carers following confirmation of allocated places at Raglan.  Parents are asked to complete the following forms and return these to the school along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

Forms can be posted or dropped into the school.  If you do not have a printer at home, please email admin@raglan.bromley.sch.uk or contact the school office on 0208 460 6558 and we will print the forms for you and arrange a time for you to come and collect. We will do our best to help you.
