Ruth O’Baker
Role: Community Governor

Ruth is a civil servant with over ten years’ experience working across policing, public services, and specialist education. She holds a Batchelor’s degree in Psychology from Queen’s University, a Master’s in Criminology and a Masters in Applied Behaviour analysis.
She currently serves as a Senior Research Officer, where she leads analytical teams, conducts mixed-method research and translates evidence into clear insights that support national decision-making. Her work includes stakeholder engagement and safeguarding sensitive research.
Ruth previously worked as a behaviour analyst in a specialist school for children with autism, gaining frontline experience in education, behaviour support and multi-agency collaboration. She brings strong analytical skills, evidence based thinking and a commitment to improving outcomes for children, families and communities.
In her spare time, Ruth enjoys spending time with her two year old son, reading and travelling.

James Faiers
Role: Vice-Chair of Governors

James holds a first-class (BSc) honours degree in Mathematics with an additional diploma in professional studies from Loughborough University and he completed his PGCE in secondary education at the Institute of Education. James is a Mathematics teacher at Dulwich College where he has taught for the last 10 years. He has previously held positions of responsibility including Head of Year and Visiting Tutor in one of the boarding houses. James is currently the Deputy Head of Middle School which is a role that includes pastoral and academic care including support for students from a wellbeing and safeguarding perspective. As well as this, James is the Head of Basketball at the College and coaches the school team. He also still enjoys playing the sport himself for a local club.

Jake Butterworth

Jake is a father of two girls and lives locally to Raglan Primary. He is a civil servant at the Department for Education, where he has worked since March 2019. There he has led work on policy areas including elective home education, safeguarding in out-of-school settings, integration including tackling hate in schools, and Prevent/counter-extremism in education. Prior to this he managed Prevent education programme and projects across two London local authorities. Other previous relevant work experience includes working in community engagement and HR. Jake enjoys spending time with his family, walking, music and supporting Liverpool FC.

Tolu Fasanya
Role: Community Governor

Tolu Fasanya is a father of one and has a niece that attends Raglan. He is keen to contribute to the governance and continued success of the school. He is a Certified Internal Auditor with 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently a VP at Citi, he has held positions at Wells Fargo and SMBCE. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from ICHEC Brussels Management School. In his spare time, Tolu enjoys spending time with his family, oil painting and hiking.

Elliot Letts
Role: Community Governor

Elliot is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 10+ years of experience within the legal industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Kent University and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City University.
Currently an International Trade and Regulatory Compliance Associate at Steptoe LLP, Elliot also holds the position of a Mental Health First Aider, and is an avid advocate of mentoring within the legal profession. He is keen to give back and help shape the experiences of young students within the community. In his spare time, Elliot enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, and playing football.

Jo Reed
Role: Chair of Governors

Jo Reed is an NHS doctor working locally as a Community Paediatrician. She has an interest in safeguarding and public health.
She has two children currently attending Raglan Primary School and has enjoyed being part of the Raglan Community for the last 5 years. She is committed to improving outcomes for all children. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, yoga and gardening.

Kirby Elliott-Wilson

Kirby is mum of two boys, one of which is currently at Raglan. Professionally, she is Head of Key Stage 4, Senior Middle Leader and Staff Governor at a Bromley Secondary School. Kirby has worked in education for over 15 years and holds a passion for the promotion of Student Wellbeing.
In her spare time, Kirby enjoys reading and creative writing, running, skiing and getting together with the other Raglan parents.

Molly Stasinopoulos
Elected: July 2022, 4-year term
Molly began teaching in 2011 and has worked across KS1 and KS2. Since joining Raglan in 2017, she has been based in KS1, teaching in both Year 1 and 2. “I am very proud to work at Raglan and I am looking forward to working with the governing body to ensure all the children achieve their very best during their time here.”
