Giraffes Family Assembly

A mammoth well done to Giraffes class who soldiered on this week rehearsing; and then performing their long-awaited Family Assembly. This was definitely worth the wait!

The children shared their learning in English) and performed a short play to demonstrate their reading.) We also saw their geography learning (and through dance also.) I was especially impressed with their science knowledge and learning of life cycles of plants. This all finished with a wonderful dance finale to the iconic Madness tune, ‘Our House.’

I was marvelled at the quality of the children’s articulation and the way they performed and shared learning with confidence. They are definitely Year 2 ready! A huge well done to Giraffes class, and the adult team Miss Donnelly and Miss Nash.
