The Raglan After School Club is known as Safari Club and runs from 3.15 until 6pm every day during term time.
What we offer
Our club follows the play work principles, so the children are free to choose activities and resources as they wish. There will always be a selection of activities and resources available, including dressing up, home corner, craft, board games, construction, physical play, and reading. In addition other resources are available for the children to select from our equipment library, for example Ipads. We will also run age appropriate adult led activities and physical activities where possible.
The children receive a catered two course meal provided by our school lunch providers Olive Dining. We encourage the children to clear away after themselves to promote independence. We use fresh ingredients and follow statutory guidelines. Fresh drinking water is available at all times. We meet individual dietary requirements and parental preferences wherever possible. We recognise the importance of healthy nutrition for children delivered in a calm, friendly setting.

Raglan Primary School Wraparound Care Handbook
Once we have received your completed form we will register your child for Safari Club and you will then be able to access the online booking system via Arbor to book and pay for your child’s sessions. Sessions are no longer booked via the School Office, apart from Emergency Adhoc Sessions.
You will not be able to access the booking system until you have completed the online form.
Regular confirmed sessions are prices at £12.50 per session (from Autumn Term 2024). Regular confirmed sessions are sessions booked at least four weeks in advance. Adhoc bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Emergency Adhoc bookings are £20.00 and bookable through the school office, a Registration Form must be completed before any Adhoc booking can be made.
Sessions cannot be changed or refunded once booked for any reason including illness.
In order to guarantee your sessions please book at least four weeks in advance. There are a limited amount of spaces and we cannot guarantee availability unless bookings are made in advance.
If you wish to pay using Tax Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers you must be registered to use this facility. When completing your online form please ensure you give us full details of your payment method. We must receive your Tax Free or Childcare Vouchers no later than 5 working days from the date of booking. Failure to release payments in a timely manner may mean the loss of access the booking system and the loss of your child’s place. Please note we do not accept Tax Free or Childcare Voucher payments for Adhoc Bookings.

If your child attends another activity before attending Safari Club please complete the Extra Activity Form here
If your child will not be attending Safari Club for any reason please let us know by completing the Safari Non Attendance Form here by 2pm.
If you need to inform us that a different person will collect your child please complete the Safari Club Collection Form here no later than 2pm.
