Breakfast Club – Raglan Primary School

Welcome to Raglan Primary School’s Breakfast Club!

Location: Studio (with entry via Jaffray Road Pedestrian Gate entrance)
Time: 7.45am. At the pedestrian gate you will need to buzz the studio and release the gate so that you can enter the site.
Sessions operate Monday to Friday – Term Time Only
Staffing: Cindy Carberry, Sarah Gordon and Hilary Marney

We are able to offer a breakfast club for up to 50 pupils in a safe and welcoming environment. It will be run by well qualified Raglan staff, who are also trained in First Aid and Food Hygiene procedures and we aim to provide a relaxed environment where the children can eat and socialise with their friends before school.

A nutritious breakfast will be served, comprising of a choice of cereals, toast with a variety of toppings, fruit juice and milk. Children are not permitted to bring their own food as we have children with food allergies.

From September 2025 all children from Reception to Year 6 will be registered for Breakfast Club automatically, there is no need to complete a form.

To make your bookings for Breakfast Club please use our online booking system via Arbor and book and pay for your sessions. Sessions are no longer booked by the school office, apart from Emergency Adhoc sessions (subject to availability and an enhanced cost).

Regular confirmed sessions are prices at £7.00 per session (from Autumn Term 2025). Emergency Adhoc sessions are £10. These are subject to availability and can be booked through the School Office.

In order to guarantee your sessions please book at least four weeks in advance. There are a limited amount of spaces and we cannot guarantee availability unless bookings are made in advance.

The booking system is set up as book now pay now, immediate payment must be made at time of booking. We are unable to refund fees if your child is absent for any reason including illness.

If you wish to pay using Tax Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers you must be registered to use this facility. Please contact the school office to give us full details of your payment method. We must receive your Tax Free Payment or Childcare Vouchers no later than 5 working days from the date of booking. Failure to release payments in a timely manner may mean the loss of access to the booking system without pre-payment and your child’s place at Breakfast Club. Please note we are unable to accept Tax Free or Childcare Vouchers as payment for Adhoc sessions, please pay at point of booking.
